Facilitation or Subject Matter Expert services for PSM (CFR 1910.119) compliance of Process Hazard Analysis (PHA) including What-if, Checklist, What-If/Checklist, Hazard and Operability Study (HAZOP), Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), Fault Tree Analysis (FTA), or any other appropriate equivalent methodology.
